RenFit — Interiors & Fit-Out

Legal

Privacy Policy

How RenFit handles personal data from this website and project enquiries. Last updated 15 October 2026.

1. Who controls your personal data

For personal data collected through this website and project enquiries, the data controller is RenFit, based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. Privacy contact: info@renfit.ae.

2. Information we collect

When you submit an enquiry, we may collect the information you choose to provide, including your name, email address, phone number, preferred service and project details. We may also receive ordinary technical information generated when a website is accessed, such as IP address, browser/device information, timestamps and server logs, depending on the hosting and security configuration.

Please do not include unnecessary sensitive personal information in a project enquiry.

3. Why we use your information and our legal basis

We use enquiry information to respond to you, discuss your requested work, prepare or follow up on a quotation, and manage communications relating to a potential or existing project. For these activities, the principal legal basis under the GDPR is usually that processing is necessary to take steps at your request before entering into a contract, or to perform a contract where one is in place.

We may also process limited information where necessary for legitimate business interests, such as maintaining appropriate business records, protecting the website from misuse, or establishing, exercising or defending legal claims, provided those interests are not overridden by your rights and interests. Where law requires us to retain or disclose information, processing may be necessary to comply with a legal obligation.

The enquiry form acknowledgement is intended to make this policy visible to you; it is not used to sign you up to marketing.

4. Who we may share information with

Information may be processed by service providers that support the website and business communications, such as website hosting, email delivery, IT/security, bookkeeping or professional advisers, where relevant. These providers should only receive information needed for their role and should be subject to appropriate confidentiality and data-protection obligations.

If a service provider processes personal data outside the European Economic Area, RenFit should ensure that an appropriate GDPR transfer mechanism and safeguards are in place before using that provider.

We do not state that personal data is sold or shared for advertising purposes. If the business later introduces advertising, analytics or other tracking, this policy and the Cookie Policy should be updated before those technologies are activated.

5. How long we keep information

Personal data is kept only for as long as necessary for the purpose for which it was collected, taking account of whether an enquiry becomes a project and any accounting, tax, warranty, dispute or other legal record-keeping requirements that apply.

6. Your data-protection rights

Subject to the conditions and exemptions in applicable data-protection law, you may have rights to request access to your personal data, correction of inaccurate data, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability, and to object to certain processing. Where processing is based on consent, you may withdraw that consent without affecting processing already carried out lawfully.

We do not use the website enquiry form to make decisions about you solely by automated means that produce legal or similarly significant effects.

7. Security

RenFit uses appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect personal data against unauthorised access, loss, misuse or disclosure. No internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure, so only information reasonably needed for your enquiry should be submitted.

8. Cookies and similar technologies

This website does not intentionally use analytics, advertising or preference cookies. Depending on hosting, security tools or third-party embeds, strictly necessary technical cookies or other technologies may be used. See the Cookie Policy for details.

9. Contact and complaints

To exercise a data-protection right or ask a privacy question, contact RenFit at info@renfit.ae, or via the contact page.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Irish Data Protection Commission if you believe your personal data has been handled in breach of data-protection law. Information about complaints is available at dataprotection.ie.

10. Changes to this policy

This policy is reviewed whenever the website, enquiry process, service providers or data-handling practices change. The date at the top is updated when material changes are made.
